Payment methods
Invoice - In collaboration with Svea, we offer invoicing to private individuals and companies. When you choose to pay by invoice, a credit check is performed on your personal identity number. A comparison is made between your personal identity number and your registered address to ensure that you are who you say you are. This means that your order can only be sent to your registered address. Secure payment via Svea Checkout.
Swish - You can easily pay with Swish via Svea. - Via your bank - the largest banks are connected

Terms and conditions for payment by invoice
When paying by invoice with Svea Ekonomi AB. To shop on invoice, you must provide your personal identification number or organisation number (companies only). The invoice payment terms are 14 days unless otherwise selected at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent separately by email to the email address you provide. To pay by invoice, you must be at least 18 years old, be registered in Sweden and be approved in the credit check performed at the time of purchase. Companies paying by invoice must be registered in Sweden. The invoice is paid according to the payment instructions stated on the invoice, via Plusgiro account and OCR number.">In the event of late payment, a payment reminder will be sent, in which case a statutory reminder fee of currently SEK 60 will be added. Interest on arrears will also be charged at 2% per month from the invoice due date. In the event of non-payment, the matter will be referred to a debt collection agency, in which case a statutory debt collection fee of currently SEK 160 will be added. Svea reserves the right to refuse delivery in individual cases and to review the customer's creditworthiness.

Order confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address you provided when placing your order. font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: underline;">Deliveries
Goods are shipped with Schenker. Normally, your delivery will be sent to your nearest Schenker agent, which is automatically selected when you place your order. You will then receive a text message/email notification with all the information you need to collect your parcel. Your order will normally be delivered to you within 1-4 working days, this applies to goods that are in stock.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, your order will be shipped when all items are in stock. NOTE! Larger furniture items l
are delivered to your door or pavement (not carried inside). Delivery times may vary for items that need to be ordered. NOTE! During the peak season from October to December, delivery times may be longer, even for items in stock. This also applies during the summer holiday period. If you want your parcel to be sent by another method, e.g. by post, the parcel will not be traceable. We are not responsible for these shipments if they are lost.
Ordered goods
If the product is listed as an order item, this means that we do not have the product in stock, but will order it for you after we have received your order. Please note that there is no right of return or exchange on special order items! If you wish to cancel, return or exchange your special order item, a fee of 20% of the item's value will be charged to cover the additional costs incurred for the service we have started or already performed. In addition, you will be charged the actual shipping costs for returning the item to us.>
NOTE! Regarding the shipping cost for deliveries of larger furniture, etc. to Gotland, we will get back to you via email with the actual shipping cost, as this is much higher than on the mainland. As the buyer, you can then let us know if you want to proceed with the purchase.>If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, everything will be sent together once the item that is ready for delivery has arrived. Delivery times vary depending on the country and supplier from which the item originates. The carrier will contact you by mobile phone to arrange a delivery time (applies to larger furniture items). Otherwise, you will receive an email/text message when the parcel has left our warehouse and is available for collection from the agent.
Typos
We reserve the right to correct any typos, e.g. in prices, stock levels, measurements, etc.
Uncollected or unclaimed parcels
Packages that are not collected from the parcel agent or received by home delivery will be returned to VitVitareVitast in accordance with the terms and conditions of Schenker and other shipping companies we use, and are not covered by the right of withdrawal under the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act. The parcel will be held at the delivery point for 14 days, after which it will be automatically returned to VitVitareVitast. For all parcels that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge for return shipping, shipping and handling fees, currently £30 for non-bulky parcels. Bulky parcels and pallet deliveries will be charged extra for the actual shipping and return shipping costs we have paid, as well as shipping and handling fees, currently SEK 500. Orders sent on pallets (furniture) will be charged the actual return cost and handling fees. If an invalid return is sent back to us, we will retain the item until the customer has purchased a new shipment from us. No refunds will be made to the customer if the return is sent invalidly before the transaction is resolved.
In the event of any returns, the invoice must always be paid to avoid reminders if the return is not registered with our returns department before the invoice is due for payment.
Incorrect or incomplete address
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the correct telephone number and delivery address are provided on the order.
If the shipment cannot be delivered or collected due to incorrect or incomplete address details and needs to be redirected to another parcel agent, the shipping company will charge a fee of SEK 250 or more (depending on distance, etc.) for the additional costs incurred in forwarding the shipment. In order for VitVitareVitast to make this change, this additional amount must be paid into our account. We will contact Schenker and get back to you with the current amount. If you do not have an ID card or your ID card has expired, we cannot change the name on the shipment after the parcel has been sent. This is not permitted by Schenker due to the risk of fraud. If the parcel is returned to VitVitareVitast due to incorrect or incomplete address details, etc., the parcel will be treated as an "unclaimed parcel".
Complaints
We do not accept complaints due to the customer being dissatisfied with colour shades, etc. In such cases, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We always accept returns if the customer is not satisfied (within 14 days of the customer collecting their goods).
Right of withdrawal/Returns/Open purchase
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Sales Act. According to this law, the goods must also be returned in unchanged condition in their original packaging. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the shipping costs and also for the transport risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our warehouse. Please remember to always pay the invoice to avoid a reminder if the return is not registered with our returns department before the invoice is due for payment. Or go to Svea.se or use the app to extend the invoice yourself. Otherwise, you may be charged a reminder fee by Svea. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive your refund via the same payment method you used when you made your purchase from us.
Please note that there is NO right of return or exchange on special order items (items we do not have in stock but which have been ordered especially/exclusively for you, such as furniture and discounted products).
How to return an item:

Provide your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
2. We will then email you a return shipping label. The return shipping cost will then be deducted from your refund. The return shipping cost is paid by you, the customer. If you cancel your entire order, only the products will be refunded, not the shipping costs.
3. Please pack your items carefully! As the customer, you are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our warehouse. The goods must be unused and returned in their original packaging with the accompanying packaging. Don't forget to include a note with your order number and name. The parcel can then be dropped off at any Schenker parcel agent. We reserve the right to make a deduction for depreciation on goods that may have been damaged during return transport if the condition of the goods has changed to such an extent that they can no longer be sold or we need to make a deduction on the sales price.
4. Once the return has arrived, we will check it and a refund will usually be made on the same day or within a few days of receiving the return.
If you want to return the parcel yourself using another shipping company, it is important that you use a service intended for delivery to businesses/business parcels. NOTE! If you send the parcel as a parcel to a collection point, it will automatically be returned to you as we are unable to collect parcels from collection points.

Exchange of goods
Unfortunately, we are unable to administer exchanges of goods; the same conditions apply as for open purchases, see above. If you wish to exchange an item for another, you can do so by placing a new order in our webshop.

Transport damage
Always inform us of any transport damage and send an email with the order number and photos of the damaged item where we can clearly see the defect, as well as photos of the packaging. Complaints must be sent to us by email no later than 3 days after the package has been collected.
Always check the parcel while you are still at the delivery point. If there is obvious damage to the box or if there is a suspicious rattling noise coming from the parcel, open it while you are still at the delivery point. The parcel agent will then immediately report that the box/item is damaged, etc. If you return the parcel without contacting us, you will unfortunately be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Images
We cannot guarantee that an item displayed in the shop accurately reflects its actual colours. How the colour is reproduced depends on your computer settings. In an online shop, it is impossible to show 100% what a product looks like in terms of colour/material/shades, etc. with just a few images. We try to reproduce the product as accurately as possible in both text and images. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors that may occur. All images belong to VitVitareVitast and are protected by copyright. When using our images, always refer to the source.
The environment
VitVitareVitast cares about the environment and therefore sometimes reuses boxes and packaging. This means that as a customer, you will not always receive new boxes with your delivery. Goods are transported in collaboration with DB Schenker, which is actively working to become more climate-smart.
Force Majeure
We consider ourselves released from the obligation to fulfil the aforementioned agreement in the event of natural disasters, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, measures or omissions by authorities, new or amended legislation, labour disputes, blockades, fire, flooding, sabotage, war or major accidents and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided.

We store the following personal data about our customers:
Customers: First name, Last name, Company/organisation, Email, Personal/organisation number, VAT number, Address, Postcode, City, Country, Telephone number.
Orders: IP address, email address, personal/organisation number, VAT number, address, company, first name, surname, address, postcode, town/city, telephone number.
Some of this information is also transferred to our partners, such as the shipping company used for transport.
As a customer, you can request an extract, change or deletion of the information we are not required by law to store at any time.
Under Swedish law, order documentation must be stored for seven years.
