The stake stands 75cm tall and 20cm wide, so it reads clearly whether you push it into a flowerbed, a gravel path, or a large planter by the entrance. There's nothing to switch on: a built-in light sensor turns it on at dusk and off again at dawn, and it runs on the solar-charged battery that comes included.
